Through different product development methodologies, and by combining our design and engineering capabilities, we work alongside our customers to materialize their ideas into technically viable and efficient products.
Mold Making
An experienced team of engineers leads the mold design and manufacturing process, using state of the art CAD/CAM software and some of the most advanced Milling, Turning and EDM technology in the region. The company also has a close relationship with mold design consultants in Europe as well as an extensive network of proven quality mold manufacturers in Europe and Asia.
Mold Maintenance
We have a robust, modern and reliable mold maintenance process. Combining our extensive experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM and RCM methodologies, and an advanced PLM software, we safeguard all the molds running in our shop so that they can continuously produce at the peak of their capacity.
Transformation of Plastics
We have modern plastic transformation machines that guarantee high precision and dimensional stability throughout the production cycles. Our extraction robots and manufacturing cells, helps us assure the quality of our products. We process materials such as: ABS, PBT, PCTG, PE, PET, PETG, PMMA, POM, PP, PS, PVC, SAN, SURLYN
Finishes
We have the ability to apply surface finishes to products in different resins and geometries, through the processes of UV Lacquering and Vacuum Metallization.
Decoration
Through the use of Hot Stamping, Screen Printing and Pad Printing, we can offer decorations on cylindrical or flat items, and on injected, metallized and lacquered finishes.
Twister Wire Brush Manufacturing
We manufacture most of the synthetic fiber brushes we use for our products. This installed capacity allows us to offer different brush shapes with smaller minimum order quantities.
Assembly and Automation
We have automated processes that allow us to offer products at industrial production scales with a higher quality consistency.
Quality Assurance
This area of the company is responsible for ensuring the quality of the company’s different production and control processes. Our metrology laboratory designs testing methods and is also in charge of calibrating our testing equipment. We also have quality laboratories for the control of variables during production and a color laboratory to manage pigment and master batch developments.
